Logos Geoservices completes due diligence project

Logos Geoservices have recently completed due diligence work for a client in the feasibility stage of frontier region offshore wind project.  The work involved a desk study and risk assessment for wind turbine foundation types with a particular focus on pile drivability in soft rock.  We completed the work on a tight timescale to inform the client’s commercial decisions.

Our report gave an assessment of the ground risk and site investigation and survey recommendations based on the risks identified during the study.  This will enable the client to accurately define the costs associated with the intended site investigation to help mitigate the foundation decision risks.

We look forward to more due diligence projects enabling our clients to reduce risk and accurately define costs.
